To use Util Points you must register using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In or your own email account and password. But if at a certain point you want to delete your account and all your data, you just have to follow the steps that you can see in the application.
Open the side menu and select your profile option, where your photo, your name or your email appears.
This will display you to your profile screen.
On your profile screen, select the edit menu at the top right.
This will display your profile editing screen.
On your profile edit screen, select the button at the bottom that says “Remove my account.”
This will display the confirmation screen to delete your account.
On your profile edit screen, select the button at the bottom that says “Remove my account.”
This will display the confirmation screen to delete your account.
Finally confirm that you want to delete your account permanently.
When you do this your account will be deleted.
This should be enough for your account to be completely deleted either immediately or within the next few hours, but no later than 5 days.
If you want us to delete your account for you, you just have to send an email to the mailbox with the title “Delete my account” and in the content you can put your email with which you identify yourself in the application or the unique code that you can see on your profile screen.
